    Wow. That sounds like a great way to lose weight that doesn’t cost anything or require any effort! Come to think of it, I do feel the need to eat more when I’m really tired as a way to give me more energy. So getting more sleep to reduce weight gain makes a lot of sense especially as it also means you are fasting longer through the night as well.
